Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Any order placed is typically prepared within 24-48 hours and once it has been sent for fulfillment, it is unable to be cancelled or exchanged. In certain cases, store credit may be given but it all depends on where in the process of fulfilling your order is.

All orders go through checks and testing to make sure everything is up to par with our standard.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days to ensure that your package reaches you as soon as it possibly can. Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled on the first business day back. Shipping across North America normally takes 14-15 days to arrive.

Shipping to other Remote areas such as Puerto Rico and other such islands can be can take about 3-4 weeks.

Due to Remote Location shipping costs being much too high, for Puerto Rico, we are not able to Offer Free Shipping for the Puerto Rico region.

All orders come with tracking included. If you require faster delivery, tracked, expedited or insured shipping for any reason, please message us to discuss the additional costs before placing your order.

Please be aware that all estimated delivery times are those supplied by the suppliers and that once shipped, packages can sometimes be delayed in transit by exceptional circumstances, customs delays, etc.

If your order seems to have been delayed or does not reach you please contact us and we will try our best to sort it out. In the extremely rare case that a package is lost we will work with you to help locate and make things right.

All items which are purchased within the last 15 days are eligible for return (excluding the items listed below).

  •  Items marked as final sale.
  • Items Opened or worn.
  •  Items discounted at  20% or higher.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  •  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • Any Free gifts/promotional items with a retail value.
  • Return shipping cost will not be covered by Cozy Slides and a $5 restocking fee may apply.
  • Items not purchased directly from our online store cannot be returned.
  • Any Customized items.
